NEW YORK, July 01, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Checkpoint Therapeutics, Inc. (“Checkpoint”) (NASDAQ: CKPT), a clinical-stage, immuno-oncology biopharmaceutical company focused on the acquisition, development and commercialization of novel treatments for patients with solid tumor cancers, today announced that it has been added to the Russell 2000® Index, effective after the U.S. market closed on Friday, June 28, 2019, following Russell's annual reconstitution of its comprehensive set of U.S. and global equity indexes.
